Marlton Business Advantage needs a sharp, upbeat Client Relations & Appointment Coordinator to be the friendly first voice families and business owners hear when they reach out for guidance.

You’ll schedule consultations, manage advisor calendars, follow up with prospects, and keep our client experience smooth from first call to signed plan. You’re the heartbeat of the office — organized, warm, and always on point.

We’re looking for someone with excellent phone and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and comfort with CRM tools. Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a busy office is a plus but not required.
